Meet the Owner!

Danielle Day, the special in Special Educator, currently provides services to students with Autism at a High School located in Arlington, Virginia. She advocates for students with exceptional needs and helps students adapt in a world that struggles to see their true potential. In order to create this bridge, Danielle impacts the whole school environment to make the learning world better not just for her students.

Danielle started her career as an after school program aide then moved into an instructional assistant position. That’s when she made the decision to become a teacher. She continued to learn and grow as she worked across grade levels and general education teachers to establish collaborative relationships. Danielle was named Arlington Public Schools 2024 Teacher of the Year!

While her career began in public education, she is looking forward to moving towards the private sector with what she calls, ‘Transition Coaching’. Danielle knows the importance of continued services after high school, as they are limited for Neurodivergent Young Adults. With ‘Transition Coaching’, she hopes to continue supporting Neurodivergent Young Adults navigate life after high school, in-order to become successful adults…all while providing the support they need!
